Extended Pledge Manager closing April 30th

Hi Backers,
This is a brief update about the Extended Pledge Manager.
We have gotten requests from some backers for additional time to finish up their adds to the pledge manager. So we will be closing on the 30th of April, this Friday. We have also been asked by some of the backers that have already added to the Extended Pledge Manager, if they can add more to that order. Yes, if you forgot to add something please message us through Kickstarter and we can add to your current order.
Thanks again for the over whelming support and additional orders, we were not expecting so many!
We you more photos of painted wave 2 pieces, we will have them posted this week.

Fine Stone Wall Production Paint Jobs

Hi Backers,
Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe!
We have been pretty shocked and excited by the number of backers that have added more on the Extended Pledge Manager.
Thank you everyone for the support!
Here is a photo of the finished production paint job for the Fine Stone A Wall, BA Wall, & Arch. Below that is a photo of the Switch Wall with the Rough Stone next to the Fine Stone, to show how they will look great together. We just finished shooting all the Fine Stone Caps, and will be posting an update this coming week showing them along with various other pieces painted.

Extended Pledge Manager is Open!

Hi Everyone,
The Extend Pledge Manager is now open!
You should have received an email to the address you used on Backerkit to activate your account on the AOD website. We did get 11 emails bounce back, so if you did not receive one you might be one of those 11 or possibly check your spam folder. Please contact us if you didn't get one and we can assist you.
Once you have activated your account, please go to ArchitectsofDestruction.com and use password:RAMPAGE2018 to access the Extended Pledge Manager.
We will leave the Extended Pledge Manager open until April 26th.
You will still get the free stretch goals if you pick any of the core pledges. The only changes to item pricing is on the LED Stone Walls and the paint job on the Scatter Terrain. Those two things are more time consuming then estimated, so we had to raise the pricing on them.
We are still on the same current estimate of shipping out international orders at the end of May, then US to follow.
Stay tuned for an update this week with photos of some the wave 2 painted pieces!

Switch & Fire Trap Production Paint Jobs

Happy Easter!
This is a quick mini update showing the final production paint jobs for the Switch & Fire Trap Walls. Now that we are a good portion of the way through the molds for wave 2 pieces, we are focusing on getting their paint jobs completed. We will be doing weekly updates from here on out, showing paint progress. Next weekend we will have photos of the production paint jobs for the following pieces:
Fine Stone A Wall
Fine Stone BA Wall
Fine Stone Arch
Skull Wall
Dwarven Door
A Low Wall
BA Low Wall
We will also have info on how to log into the webstore to add to your order starting on April 12th.
The Dwarven Column, Demon Column, & Dwarven Tribute Wall molds are being cut now, so we will have photos of them soon as well. Wave 2 pieces are moving along, can't wait to get this all finished and out to everyone!

International shipping changes & backer exclusive webstore

Hi Backers,
Sorry for not posting an update sooner. There has been a bunch of back and forth between multiple fulfillment centers and logistics companies to get all the shipping sorted. We didn't want to post this update until we had all of the answers.
What we have discovered is that shipping costs are at an all time high, and much higher then what they were when we planned the Kickstarter. We knew pricing would go up a few percent every year, and planned the Kickstarter pricing around that. What was not planned for was being this delayed and the additional shipping costs associated with the pandemic. So because of this, we will need to ship out International orders not in waves, but as completed orders. We did a cost comparison and by shipping in waves, we are looking at having to absorb an additional 40%+ in shipping. We do not have the budget in this Kickstarter for that. If a backer in Australia payed $140 for shipping, our costs to get them wave 1 would be around $145. Then wave 2 could be as high as an additional $55 for a total of $200 in shipping. If we ship that same order as a completed order it would be around $155. We will still be absorbing some of the shipping, but at much lower amount. With US orders it is much less expensive to ship in waves since we can ship right from our warehouse, and don't need a fulfillment company.
So we will be shipping out all International completed orders on May 28th(If not sooner). All of the International orders are packed and on pallets with the wave 1 pieces already. So we will be opening those shippers and adding in the additional wave 2 pieces. We will start shipping the remaining wave 2 orders for the US once the International orders have left our warehouse.
We were hoping to have at least wave 1 out to all International backers already, so this is a big let down for our team. We were excited to get them all on pallets, and get them moving. Unfortunately we have to work with in the budget of the Kickstarter to keep this ship a float.
The good news is, we will be fully fulfilled with this KS by June! So hopefully that gives you some light at the end of the tunnel.
That leads us to the backer exclusive webstore. We will be opening the webstore exclusive to backers on April 12th. It will be open for 2 weeks, so backers can add more if they wanted it shipped out with their orders. For International backers this will be shipped with your completed order, for US backers this will be shipped with your wave 2. Once again we apologize to International backers, for not having wave 1 in your hands already.
We have learned a lot about manufacturing on this KS, it has given us the tools to make our future releases better and fulfilled much faster.
